Job Description(Cloud security renewal manager)
• Lead the Renewal Process: You will handle the complete quote-to-close renewal cycle, ensuring all contract renewals are managed efficiently and ahead of schedule, from 120 to 90 days before due dates.
• Achieve Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed quarterly renewal goals by driving customer retention, term extension, and growth within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Teams: Work closely with customer teams to assess account health and provide tailored renewal solutions that meet client requirements.
• Forecasting and Reporting: Maintain an accurate forecast of upcoming renewals and provide clear, actionable reports to leadership.
• Manage Multiple Accounts: Oversee renewals for multiple commercial clients concurrently while ensuring organizational discipline and responsiveness.
• Escalate Critical Issues: Identify and escalate customer concerns to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Mitigate At-Risk Renewals: Proactively monitor accounts for risks, engaging appropriate teams to reduce churn and prevent contraction.
