Job Description

  1. Manage property sales, rentals, and client acquisition within Dubai’s competitive real estate market.
  2. Assist international clients relocating to Dubai by offering complete property consultation and visa support.
  3. Utilize company-provided daily leads to close deals efficiently and maximize revenue.
  4. Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai property laws, RERA regulations, and new developments.
  5. Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and client follow-ups with professionalism and integrity.
  6. Create customized marketing strategies for property listings to enhance visibility and conversion.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing and admin teams to ensure smooth operations and lead tracking.
  8. Attend team meetings, participate in market trend sessions, and share sales insights with management.
  9. Use CRM systems effectively to maintain and manage client data and follow-up pipelines.
  10. Represent the company at property events, exhibitions, and networking meetups to build brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Management: Handle a portfolio of clients, ensuring all real estate needs are met through personalized service and regular communication.
  2. Sales Growth: Drive monthly and quarterly targets by converting company-generated leads into successful transactions.
  3. Property Marketing: Develop and promote property listings using digital and offline marketing tools to attract potential buyers.
  4. Market Research: Stay updated on real estate trends and pricing strategies to provide accurate advice to clients.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with in-house teams for administrative, legal, and marketing support to optimize deal closures.
  6. Negotiation & Closing: Ensure favorable deal outcomes for both clients and the company through strategic negotiation.
  7. Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations in all transactions.
  8. Professional Development: Participate in regular training sessions, improving communication, negotiation, and client service skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, customer service, or related fields (preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills; other languages (Arabic, Russian, French, Hindi) are a plus.
  • UAE driving license and personal vehicle preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must be open to relocation to Dubai; visa sponsorship will be provided.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing, and property platforms like Bayut or Property Finder.
  • High motivation, goal orientation, and confidence in client interaction.
  • Excellent negotiation, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a performance-driven team.
