Job Description

  1. Perform administrative duties such as reception handling, document sorting, and mail processing to ensure seamless office operations.
  2. Manage digital records, maintain organized databases, and support project monitoring for efficient task tracking and follow-ups.
  3. Draft, edit, and circulate memos, summaries, and professional correspondence in both French and English.
  4. Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and business travel schedules while supporting HR-related documentation.
  5. Monitor office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure proper maintenance of essential equipment.
  6. Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and purchase orders while coordinating payment follow-ups.
  7. Process vendor invoices, update sales performance records, and compile detailed statistical reports.
  8. Handle client communications by registering orders, sharing updates, and ensuring timely service delivery.
