Job Description

  1. Lead the creation of experience journeys that engage clients through interactive workshops, tailored presentations, and strategic sessions that encourage innovation and collaboration.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative briefs, storyboards, and experience flows, ensuring alignment with client goals and PwC’s methodologies.
  3. Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, AV setup, and onsite troubleshooting, ensuring seamless execution at every stage of delivery.
  4. Design immersive client experiences by integrating digital media, environment props, video presentations, and personalized narratives to enhance engagement.
  5. Utilize GenAI, XR, and other emerging technologies to introduce innovative approaches that redefine how clients interact with solutions.
  6. Lead Experience Centre tours, presenting tailored demonstrations and engaging senior stakeholders through strategic storytelling and industry insights.
  7. Coordinate with PwC’s internal teams to ensure readiness of digital assets, demos, and other resources required for successful client interactions.
  8. Ensure high-quality design standards for all print and digital materials, maintaining attention to detail and consistency in client presentations.
  9. Facilitate workshops and interactive sessions using energizers, icebreakers, and engagement techniques that enhance group participation.
  10. Act as the main point of contact for event management, troubleshooting onsite issues, and ensuring timely delivery across all Experience Centre spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Operational Excellence – Oversee event planning, vendor coordination, logistics, and AV setup to ensure flawless delivery and superior client experience.
  3. Tech-Driven Solutions – Implement innovative tools like GenAI and immersive technologies to elevate client interactions and workshop effectiveness.
  4. Client Engagement – Lead tours and workshops that align with client challenges, sectors, and business goals while tailoring interactions for senior stakeholders.
  5. Content Development – Collaborate across PwC’s Lines of Service to create impactful narratives, presentations, and visual assets that resonate with client expectations.
  6. Event Orchestration – Manage timelines, troubleshoot onsite challenges, and ensure alignment between AV teams, operations, and external vendors.
  7. Personalized Experiences – Curate every visitor touchpoint with attention to detail, from check-in to exit, ensuring a memorable and seamless journey.
  8. Quality Assurance – Maintain brand consistency and high standards in all deliverables, from interactive content to physical event assets, ensuring professionalism at every step.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with at least 1–2 years in event or experience management in hospitality, innovation, or client-facing environments.
  • Strong creative thinking and conceptual skills to design engaging experiences that solve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) to lead workshops and client interactions confidently.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and workflows, ensuring alignment across teams and clients.
  • Technological fluency with emerging tools, platforms, and GenAI integration; familiarity with XR is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop is preferred to create compelling visual content.
  • Ability to work extended hours during events and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Saudi National required, with fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) strongly preferred.
