Job Description: (Hospitality Ambassador Paris)

  1. Guest Welcome Experience: Provide a warm and engaging greeting to guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the hotel space.
  2. Self Check-In Support: Assist guests at kiosks, explaining processes and ensuring seamless entry without traditional front desk procedures.
  3. Food & Beverage Service: Prepare and serve delicious breakfast, snacks, and meals, ensuring quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
  4. Barista & Mixology Expertise: Brew coffee beverages and craft signature cocktails, delivering high-quality drinks with attention to taste and aesthetic.
  5. Concierge Assistance: Offer local insights, recommend top attractions, restaurants, and events, making guests’ stays more enjoyable and enriching.
  6. Facility Maintenance: Keep shared spaces such as lounges and dining areas clean, welcoming, and organized throughout the day.
  7. Guest Requests Handling: Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly, assisting with amenities, services, or troubleshooting technical solutions.
  8. Reservation Management: Handle bookings and room assignments using property management systems with accuracy and professionalism.
  9. Event Room Preparation: Ensure meeting rooms are prepared with the necessary equipment, clean setups, and a professional atmosphere.

Requirements in Hospitality Ambassador Paris

Work Hours & Shift Patterns:
