Manage and supervise all cash handling operations, including daily cash receipts, payments, deposits, and petty cash funds, ensuring complete accuracy and adherence to hotel policies.
Prepare and reconcile daily banking transactions, including deposits and withdrawals, verifying financial accuracy and maintaining detailed audit trails.
Oversee guest billing processes, ensuring proper handling of cash, credit, and check transactions while maintaining compliance with accounting standards.
Verify and post transactions into Opera PMS and POS systems, ensuring accurate entry of daily revenues and reconciliations.
Conduct daily cash audits across all hotel departments to detect discrepancies and improve operational transparency.
Maintain secure custody of cash vaults, change funds, and cashier floats while enforcing strict access control procedures.
Prepare financial reports including daily summaries, variance reports, and balance sheets for management decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams—Front Office, F&B, and Finance—to ensure streamlined financial coordination and seamless guest service.
