Job Description

  1. Manage the entire customer renewal lifecycle, ensuring timely completion of contracts for English- and French-speaking clients. Provide seamless support during negotiations and maintain high retention rates.
  2. Reduce customer churn by proactively addressing concerns, analyzing account usage, and suggesting solutions aligned with business goals. Deliver value-based conversations in both languages.
  3. Generate accurate renewal quotes by understanding customer requirements, evaluating license consumption, and ensuring compliance with contract terms.
  4. Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success Managers to implement effective renewal strategies supported by customer analytics and market insights.
  5. Support Account Executives and Renewal Managers with administrative tasks, including documentation, approvals, and order form processing.
  6. Maintain strong communication with clients via email, video calls, and phone, addressing queries in English and French.
  7. Ensure timely purchase order submissions and internal approvals, reducing delays and revenue risks.
  8. Track Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) retention and expansion opportunities, preparing reports for senior management to guide decision-making.
  9. Utilize CRM software to monitor customer activity, identify renewal risks, and forecast pipeline opportunities with accuracy.
  10. Align customer goals with product value, ensuring the renewal process supports long-term satisfaction and contract expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  5. Monitor license usage and implement true-up processes to ensure compliance with contractual agreements across both language markets.
  6. Provide timely reporting of renewal activities, ARR retention, and expansion opportunities to internal stakeholders.
  7. Assist in streamlining internal processes by ensuring order forms, contracts, and approvals are completed accurately and on time.
  8. Leverage customer data, analytics, and CRM insights to optimize renewal strategies and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluency in French and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both.
  • Experience in customer success, renewals, or account management roles, preferably in a bilingual capacity.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and ability to leverage customer data for renewal forecasting.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and relationship-building skills with attention to detail.
  • Technical requirements: Laptop/desktop with minimum Intel i5 (8th Gen+) or Ryzen 5, 8 GB RAM, webcam, USB noise-canceling headset, and a stable internet connection (15 Mbps primary + 10 Mbps backup).
