Job Description

  • Welcome Visitors: Greet and assist guests at the booth, ensuring a warm and engaging experience from their first interaction. You will be the face of our company during the event.
  • Capture Leads: Use our digital system to record visitor information, ensuring accurate data collection and follow-up opportunities for the sales team.
  • Answer Queries: Provide basic information about our products and services in English, helping visitors understand the company’s offerings clearly and effectively.
  • Maintain Booth: Keep the booth presentable by organizing promotional materials, ensuring displays are neat, and restocking supplies as needed throughout the day.
  • Support Admin Tasks: Assist with light administrative duties such as data entry, report preparation, and coordination between teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Engage Visitors: Initiate conversations with guests, offer guidance, and create meaningful interactions that enhance visitor experience and brand trust.
  • Assist with Presentations: Support technical staff in setting up demonstrations, preparing equipment, and ensuring that product presentations are seamless.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with colleagues to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, sharing feedback and solutions to improve event performance.
  • Problem Solving: Address visitor concerns promptly and escalate issues to senior staff when necessary to maintain service excellence.

  • Booth Presentation: Maintain a visually appealing and functional booth space by arranging materials, replenishing stock, and ensuring everything is orderly.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in managing event schedules, preparation tasks, and daily operations to ensure that the booth runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside other team members to support each other’s tasks, fostering a cooperative atmosphere and contributing to collective success.
  • Problem Resolution: Respond to visitor inquiries or issues promptly, offering solutions and escalating concerns when necessary to uphold customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; knowledge of German is an advantage but not required for this role.
  • Availability: Able to commit to working 8 full days from 8th October to 15th October 2025 during the exhibition hours.
  • Communication Skills: Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences, offering clear and polite assistance to visitors from around the world.
  • Adaptability: Quick learner willing to undergo training and embrace new responsibilities during the event.
  • Technical Usage: Able to operate basic computer systems for lead capturing, data entry, and reporting functions efficiently.
