Job Description
- Develop and implement innovative business development strategies to expand brand reach and increase profitability within the GCC and international markets.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and competitor data to ensure sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align business initiatives with company objectives and financial targets.
- Drive revenue by developing partnerships, negotiating contracts, and establishing strong stakeholder relationships in the F&B sector.
- Supervise and mentor the development team, setting clear performance goals and ensuring achievement of business growth KPIs.
- Conduct market research and develop detailed business proposals for new ventures, including feasibility studies and ROI analysis.
- Ensure brand consistency, quality standards, and customer satisfaction across all restaurant outlets and new business launches.
- Monitor competitor performance and market shifts to adapt business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in F&B Business Development Management, preferably in Qatar or GCC.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software tools.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of GCC F&B trends, restaurant operations, and brand development.
- Analytical Ability: Proven expertise in business analysis, performance metrics, and market feasibility assessments.
