Job Title

We are seeking motivated Business Development Executives passionate about digital marketing and client engagement. This full-time role is ideal for individuals who want to build a rewarding sales career in the dynamic world of digital marketing and lead generation. Candidates will be trained to manage leads, develop client relationships, and achieve sales targets while enjoying career progression opportunities with visa sponsorship support. Job Description

  1. Identify and qualify leads for SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Web Development services through online research and outreach.
  2. Engage potential clients via phone, LinkedIn, and email to introduce the company’s digital marketing solutions.
  3. Develop personalized sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue goals.
  4. Assist in preparing customized client proposals and service quotations.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure project success.
  6. Maintain CRM databases, follow up on potential clients, and track lead conversion rates.
  7. Participate in weekly team meetings, providing updates and insights on market trends.
  8. Analyze competitors and propose new business opportunities in the UAE market.
  9. Attend virtual and in-person networking events to build long-term relationships with clients.
  10. Receive continuous training and mentorship in digital marketing, sales tactics, and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Outreach: Use platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and company databases to source and connect with potential business clients.
  2. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain structured lead records, follow up regularly, and ensure smooth transition from lead to contract stage.
  3. Revenue Achievement: Work closely with managers to achieve monthly sales targets of AED 20,000+ with performance tracking.
  4. Proposal Development: Support proposal creation by coordinating with design, marketing, and content teams for client pitches.
  5. Market Research: Analyze the latest digital trends, industry data, and competitor pricing to refine sales strategy.
  6. Client Relationship Management: Build trust and nurture long-term business partnerships through effective communication.
  7. Performance Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly sales reports and performance updates to management.
  8. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside creative and SEO teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (digital marketing experience preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing concepts is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Excel reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate (Visa Sponsorship provided).
