Job Description
- Recruitment Management: You will oversee recruitment from initial briefing to candidate onboarding, ensuring every step is handled with professionalism and care.
- Bilingual Communication: Craft and translate job ads in both English and Japanese, ensuring clear communication with local and international candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, referrals, and community networks to find the best talent across hospitality and operational roles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct phone or video interviews, liaising between candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Experience: Provide timely feedback, maintain accurate records, and ensure every applicant receives a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with offer letters, reference checks, and facilitate handovers to HR and accommodation teams.
- Employer Branding: Represent HTM at career fairs, events, and educational programs, promoting our culture and opportunities.
- Hiring Analytics: Track recruitment metrics and share insights to continuously improve hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
