- Guest Welcome Experience: Provide a warm and engaging greeting to guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the hotel space.
- Self Check-In Support: Assist guests at kiosks, explaining processes and ensuring seamless entry without traditional front desk procedures.
