What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Build strong relationships with department heads and hiring leads to deeply understand team structures and recruitment goals, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  2. Manage Full Recruitment Cycle: Oversee sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates while ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
  3. Develop Scalable Hiring Processes: Work alongside the Global Talent Acquisition team to create efficient recruitment workflows that can adapt to business growth.
  4. Source Talent Across Platforms: Utilize LinkedIn, employee referrals, online databases, and industry events to attract both active and passive candidates.
  5. Support Diverse Teams: Recruit for multiple functions such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Tech across remote and onsite roles in the EMEA region.
  6. Handle High-Volume Recruiting: Balance multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment, with initial focus on Sales Development roles and flexibility for other functions.
  7. Craft Effective Job Descriptions: Partner with hiring managers to create accurate and appealing job posts that reflect team culture and expectations.
  8. Conduct Interviews: Schedule and conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for various roles.
  9. Negotiate Offers: Collaborate with hiring teams to finalize compensation packages and close candidates efficiently within budget and hiring timelines.
  10. Contribute to Team Growth: Engage in cross-department initiatives and other recruitment-related activities as needed to support organizational expansion.

Requirements in Contract Corporate Recruiter Berlin
