Job Description
- Manage the full renewal lifecycle by initiating discussions 120–90 days before contract expiry, ensuring timely closures.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly renewal targets by driving retention, upsell opportunities, and term extensions.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to assess client health and deliver renewal solutions that align with business goals.
- Maintain an accurate renewal pipeline and report forecasts to leadership for visibility into account performance.
- Identify and mitigate at-risk renewals through proactive engagement, ensuring minimal churn.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Legal and Deals Desk to streamline contract negotiations.
- Build strong relationships with channel and alliance partners to expand renewal and upsell opportunities.
- Support cross-functional initiatives to enhance renewal strategies and overall customer experience.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement in renewal processes.
- Represent the company as a trusted advisor for clients, driving loyalty and long-term business impact.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with Customer Success, Sales, and Legal to create efficient renewal workflows.
- Forecast Reporting: Deliver accurate renewal forecasts to leadership, enabling better planning and revenue predictability.
- Process Optimization: Suggest and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Global Impact: Drive renewal strategies across regions, adapting to diverse business practices and ensuring global customer success.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, SaaS renewals, or customer success roles.
- Proven track record of exceeding renewal quotas in high-growth environments.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS offerings, pricing models, and revenue operations.
- Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, IronClad, and renewal management platforms.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with global clients.
- Fluency in English; multilingual ability (French/Hebrew preferred) is an advantage.
