Job Description
- Develop and implement multi-channel recruitment strategies using social media, email campaigns, forums, blogs, and patient groups to attract high-quality respondents for healthcare research projects.
- Work closely with Project Managers (PMs) to align recruitment plans with project goals, attending regular update meetings to ensure smooth project execution.
- Handle respondent communication by making calls, scheduling interviews, sending confirmation letters, and managing consent forms for qualitative research.
- Ensure performance metrics such as daily calls and strike rates are achieved while maintaining high respondent engagement levels.
- Monitor ongoing projects, provide timely updates to PMs, and recommend recruitment adjustments when sampling strategies are exhausted.
- Plan and execute recruitment within defined timelines and budgets, minimizing outsourcing costs and optimizing internal resources.
- Provide market intelligence feedback gathered during respondent conversations to improve recruitment feasibility assessments.
- Deliver professional respondent support via telephone, email, and support tickets, ensuring smooth project participation.
- Perform administrative duties, including distributing and collecting survey materials, while maintaining compliance with company standards.
- Use multiple systems for troubleshooting, panel building, and handling respondent inquiries, ensuring resolution within set timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Planning: Strategically plan recruitment campaigns across various digital and offline channels to ensure project success within timelines.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with Project Managers to design effective action plans that meet client expectations.
- Respondent Engagement: Conduct calls, rescreening, and follow-ups to maintain respondent participation and high-quality research outcomes.
- Performance Monitoring: Track daily progress, evaluate recruitment effectiveness, and propose adjustments when needed.
- Resource Optimization: Implement recruitment solutions that reduce outsourcing costs while maximizing in-house efficiency.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Provide detailed insights on recruitment performance, feasibility, and market trends.
- Client Deliverables: Ensure all recruitment plans are aligned with client objectives and delivered to the highest standards.
- Panel Building: Expand and maintain the Med Planet respondent panel for future project needs.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year in healthcare market research or fieldwork recruitment preferred.
- Languages: Fluency in English and French is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- Analytical Ability: Basic math skills with capacity to calculate incidence rates, response rates, and profitability metrics.
